Event Spotlight: Disco Gala at Waldorf Astoria Orlando

This year’s annual team event at Waldorf Astoria Orlando was such a good example of what happens when a theme is carried all the way through.

The theme was Disco Gala, and the details were there from the start. Disco-themed registration, performers walking around, a confetti kickoff to launch the party, and a room that felt fully transformed for the night.

The lighting and production by Fyerfly Productions helped set the tone in such a big way. It all felt high-energy, polished, and intentionally over the top in the best way.

For this event, we brought in our 360 Booth and Tunnel Booth, and both fit the night so well.

The 360 Booth brought that movement, energy, and content-friendly moment guests get excited about.

The Tunnel Booth added a completely different layer — something more immersive, more styled, and really strong visually with the overall look and feel of the event.

That’s always the goal for us. Not just to place booths in a room, but to bring experiences that match the level of the event and add to what guests are already walking into.

Huge credit to the Waldorf team, Brooke, and Natalie for helping bring this event to life. And of course, Felipe Callado captured it all beautifully.

This was one of those events where every piece worked together – and we were so glad our booths got to be part of it.
